NEVER RECEIVED ITEM!
I Ordered syringe pens for my work in February earlier this year.. I knew from reading that shipping would take a while so i was prepared for the pens not coming in a fast amount of time. However it is now MAY 12th 2015 and i was supposed to get them by March at the latest. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER OR heard ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY regarding the product i purchased. Yes that's right, they took the money out RIGHT AWAY! But they did not even send their product! I've emailed them twice! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS JUST A SCAM!

Missing pens
I ordered through Amazon.com a set of pens. The order was placed at the beginning of January. The pens were supposed to arrive in the middle of February. Then they were supposed to arrive at the end of February ! Then they were shipped and should have arrived March 5 . So far no sign of the pens. The order said there was no way of tracking it because it was being shipped from "whatabeautifullife.com" ! I am stimed ! Will I ever get the pens? I ordered them as a present for my youngest sister , who is a registered nurse. These pens looked like hyper-dermis needles. I thought she would get a kick out of them. They weren't that expensive but I still want to know what happened to them!

I ordered a wedding dress from this company for my wedding. After waiting 2.5 months I finally received it and it was disgusting! It was nothing at all like the pictures on the website or as it was described. It was ugly, un-even hems and just plain horrible. I could not have even altered it to make half way decent. They took $333.49 on my money and refused to take the dress back or give me a refund. They stole my money, and put me in a real hard place with my wedding so close, gave me extra stress that was the last thing I needed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM this company. They DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD!!! IT means nothing at all. Don't believe anything they say on their website about how they will give you a full refund if the item you ordered was not as described. I took photo's and compared what I received with what was pictured and described on their website. It didn't make a difference. The best thing I can say is don't buy from this company at all. They are a SCAM!

I was so worried that ordering a dress online without trying it on or being able to assess the quality of the workmanship was a mistake... I am so pleased that everything worked out. The bodice is exquisite, just magnificently made - you can see all the little thready bits and they are uniform and created with care. The way it falls (when I finally remembered that the front is meant to be slightly assymetric, haha) is just lovely, LOVELY!! The zip works with no trouble, the buttons at the back are covered with material and look really stunning. Even the packing of the dress is done with care, it was inside out so the detail on the bodice would be protected (I presume). All in all, it's clear the dress is made by very experienced and professional people. It's just brilliant.

Charged twice for the same gown, still no refund.
First of all getting a hold of anyone on a contact number they list is impossible. They give you a number for Customer Service that is a message for a Cruise, then it hangs up on you. You email Live Chat and it is not Live they email you back the next day. When I ordered the gown it said up to twenty days, that is fine, now come to find out its another twenty days to ship. Still patiently waiting very nervous and they are requesting we send the receipt for the double charge on the gown???? Don't they have records??? Not sure about this whole process.....Very nervous customer......

I received this gown today and I love it! want to share with you my reviews. The picture does not do it justice. It took 10 days to get here from the time I ordered it. I love that I do not need to get a slip to wear under it because it is poofy enough for me without one. I was weary about ordering one from the computer without being able to try it on since I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted. I am glad I went with this one though. I received my ball gown (Elegant White Satin Organza Strapless Ball Gown Wedding Dress) 35 days after I placed my order (sooner than I expected it) and once I opened the package...I couldn't stop smiling. It was beautiful! I was very scared to purchase from the internet especially from China but this dress is better than the picture! So don't be afraid to buy from whatabeautifullife.com. The beading was done so nicely and the pick-ups looked beautiful. I didn't even realize that the bottom part came with the appliques which was a great surprise. The dress is heavy and fully lined. I took pictures as soon as I opened the package and turned the dress inside out (It comes that way to protect the front of the dress). The dress was in a plastic bag marked "Wedding Dress". You can e-mail me at OurWedding2313 to see pictures of the dress once I took it out of the packaging and after I steamed it which was 20 minutes after FedX delivered the dress. I know how I was and I really wanted someone to tell me and show me pictures of the dress from the internet. You will not be disappointed!
